I really hope you can join me on one of my crafty sessions. The whole purpose of these sessions is to enjoy a bit of ‘me’ time whilst being creative with like-minded people.

All materials and equipment are included in the price including the use of one of bibelots sewing machines.

Basic free motion skills required.

This session will give you the opportunity to
*build on and develop your free motion sewing skills.
*you will recap on how to adapt your machine in order to be able to sew freely.
*I will show you various tricks and techniques,
*you will also be shown what materials work well to get the best outcome.
*You will then produce a piece of work for your lampshade.
*You will be shown how to combine stitch and appliqué to create fantastic results!
*you will then be shown how to use your lampshade kit to construct your own beautiful lampshade.

**I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE A DESIGN IN MIN, EITHER SKETCHES/ PHOTOS TO SAVE THINKING TIME AND GIVE YOU MORE MAKING TIME.**

You will be provided with a cream background fabric.

If you are feeling inspired you will be able to make purchases from the shop for future creations.It will be a lovely chance to chat with like minded creatives whilst sewing. All materials and equipment will be provided.

· The sessions will be held at Bibelot;
•the workshop space is up 2 flights of stairs, please take this into consideration before booking.
· The sessions will last for 4 hours. Materials will be provided but you will also have the opportunity to purchase extra materials from the shop.
· Tea, coffee and a sweet treat will be provided. If you have a specific request other than tea or coffee please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate you, please feel free to bring along your own decaf/fruit tea if you prefer.
.You may want to bring a snack/sandwich seeing as we going over lunchtime
· You will leave with your very own lampshade, made by your self.
· Payment is non-refundable, if you cannot attend, I will try my best to fill your space, but if this is not possible, I am afraid I cannot provide a refund.
· In the event that I have to cancel, full refunds will be given.
· If you have any specific medical conditions or dietary requirements, please let me know.
· Places on the sessions are limited and can only be secured with full payment.

On the day, please arrive between 9.45-9.55am so that we can have a prompt start. The shop will be open so feel free to come a little earlier to have a browse.

If you are apprehensive about coming alone, please don't be, many people come on their own. I will do my very best to make sure you feel comfortable and enjoy your time on my workshop.
