I am currently posting out every 3 days, Many of my products come with free postage and packaging. These are posted out second class.

If you are in a rush and want to upgrade your postage please message me and I will do my very best to help.

PLEASE BE AWARE IN THE CURRENT CIRCUSTANCES POSTAGE TIMES SEEM TO BE VARYING QUITE A LOT, AND MAY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER THAN USUAL.

Returns

I really hope that you are completely happy with all of the products that you purchase from me.

If there is a problem please do contact me and I will do my very best to sort it.

Jewellery (including earrings, necklaces, slides) cannot be returned unless faulty

Any personalised products can not be returned unless they are faulty, as these have been made specific to you.

Apart from the items mentioned above, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to me within 14 days of it arriving. You will need to pay for the return and I would advise you keep a record of the proof of postage. if the item is returned in its original condition, I will issue a full refund. (Return  postage is at the cost of the purchaser - unless damaged or faulty)

Any Sale items that you wish to return, will not be valid for a cash/card refund. I will happily exchange the items(excluding those mentioned above) or I will issue you with a credit note valid for 6 months.
