After School Sewing Club-Wednesday 6th May.

This class is aimed at helping youngsters learn how to use a sewing machine, including, setting up the machine correctly, filling a bobbin and learning how the different stitches work.

Learn about sewing fabrics inside out so that all of the workings are on the inside. Recap on starting and finishing stitches. Turning fabrics.

They will then go on to make a 1.5m length of double sided bunting which they can take away with them. (All materials and equipment provided)

Drinks and a snack will be provided at each session.

I aim for this to be a friendly, inclusive, relaxed environment where the students can learn and develop new skills, make new friends and hopefully find a love for sewing!

I am a trained secondary Art, Design and Textiles teacher with an enhanced DBS certificate.

These sessions are non refundable and non transferable, I will try my best to fill your space if you cannot attend but if I am unable to, I will not be able to refund.
